Thursday 20th March
09:00 -14:00 Race Training on Parsen (Mäder piste)
18:00 - 18:30 Team Captains' Briefing (by invitation only) at Klosters Arena, Doggilochstrasse 51, 7250 Klosters
18:30 -19:30: Lombard Odier Champagne Reception for all racers and their supporters at Klosters Arena.

Friday 21st March: Giant Slalom on Jakobshorn
08:30 Course inspection. The course inspection closes at 09:00 which means the latest time people can enter the course for inspection is approx. 08:50.
09:15 Race Starts 
14:00 Free Ski or Après-ski (See below)
17:45: Alpine Dinner: Fondue at Fuxägufer (Details below)

After racing on Saturday, free ski and self-organised lunch on Jakobshorn. Marden's members will be heading for après-ski (self-pay) at the Fuxägufer restaurant from 14:00 where there will be live music. Please join us!

Saturday 22nd March: Super G and Parallel Slalom on Madrisa
08:30 Super G course inspection. The course inspection closes at 09:00 which means the latest time people can enter the course for inspection is approx. 08:50.  
09:15 Super G starts 
The Parallel slalom will start as soon as the Super G has finished and the new course is set. set (on the same piste as the SuperG) 
18:45 – 19:30 Drinks reception at Klosters Arena
19:30 Gala Dinner at Klosters Arena: Dress code Hollywood on the Rocks
Midnight after party at Casa Antica, Klosters’ legendary nightclub, Landstrasse 176, 7250 Klosters 

Arrangements for the Friday Alpine Dinner:
Fuxägufer is a mountain restaurant accessible to non-skiers during the day with access from the valley/carpark via the Carjöler chairlift and then a few minutes walk to the restaurant. Once the chairlift shuts at 16:30 the descent for non-skiers will involve a post-dinner Ratrak ride to the Jakobshorn Gondola. There will be space for a maximum of 15 persons on each Ratrak at a cost of CHF 20 per head which must be booked and paid for in advance by ordering a non-skier fondue on the entry form. The Ratrak will operate once only for each departure so we can have maximum of 30 non-skiers at the dinner.

20:15 First group leaves the restaurant (to meet 21:00 train to Klosters)
21:15 Second group leaves the restaurant (to meet 22:00 train to Klosters)
Skiers staying for dinner will be guided to the Jakobshorn Gondola in two groups at either 20:15 or 21:15. Head torches are recommended so please bring one if you can. The gondola comes down to Davos Platz and then it is a 30 minute train or taxi ride to Klosters.
It is forbidden to walk to the Gondola or to ski down to Davos after dinner.
